Amanda has over 20 years of broad experience in entrepreneurial companies in a number of industries, including automotive and medical device, not only managing finance, but also directing and managing operational improvements, setting strategic direction and leading execution by identifying and monitoring of key drivers of success. By building close relationships with banks, investors and suppliers she has successfully managed periods of difficult cash flow due to rapid growth and due to severe downturns. In addition, Amanda has strong experience negotiating pricing and sales programs with automotive and industrial OEMs and Big Box retailers.

Amanda received a BS in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Edinburgh and a Master in Business Administration from The F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
